摘  要:目的探讨初中生自卑在负面身体自我与社交焦虑中的中介作用。方法于2022年3月使用随机抽样的方法抽取200名初中学生作为研究对象,采用负面身体自我量表,社交焦虑量表和自卑感量表进行问卷调查,使用SPSS 22.0进行数据分析。结果初中生负面身体自我与社交焦虑、自卑之间均呈显著正相关(r=0.247,0.322,P<0.01),自卑与社交焦虑存在显著正相关(r=0.560,P<0.01);自卑在负面身体自我和社交焦虑之间起完全中介作用。结论初中生的负面身体自我可以通过自卑的中介作用影响其社交焦虑。Objective To explore the mediating effect of low self-esteem on negative body self and social anxiety in junior middle school students.Methods In March 2022,200 junior high school students were selected as research objects by random sampling method.Questionnaire survey was conducted by negative body self scale,social anxiety scale and inferiority scale,and data analysis was conducted by SPSS 22.0.Results There was a significant positive correlation between negative physical self and social anxiety and low self-esteem(r=0.247,0.322,P<0.01),and low self-esteem was significantly positively correlated with social anxiety(r=0.560,P<0.01).Low self-esteem plays a complete mediating role between negative physical ego and social anxiety.Conclusion The negative physical self of junior high school students can affect their social anxiety through the mediating effect of low self-esteem.
