耳穴压豆联合人文关怀在恢复期精神分裂症护理中的临床价值

摘　　要：目的探析耳穴压豆联合人文关怀对恢复期精神分裂症患者的临床护理价值。方法纳入2023年1月~2023年12月在青岛市精神卫生中心进行护理的64例精神分裂症患者为研究对象,应用双色球平均法平分两组,各32例。对照组进行基础护理,观察组在其基础上配合耳穴压豆和人文关怀护理,对比两组的心理健康评分、睡眠质量评分、焦虑评分、抑郁评分、生活质量评分、依从性。正态计量资料采用t检验,计数资料采用x^(2)检验。结果护理后观察组心理健康各项指标评分比对照组均显著更低(P<0.05);护理后观察组的睡眠障碍、焦虑、抑郁状况评分均较对照组低,而生活质量较对照组高(P<0.05);观察组依从性比对照组显著更高(P<0.05)。结论针对恢复期精神分裂症患者开展耳穴压豆和人文关怀护理,可以有效减轻患者的身心压力,提高睡眠质量,改善患者的焦虑与抑郁症状,使其生活质量和依从性得以提升。Objective To explore the clinical nursing value of ear acupressure combined with humanistic care for patients with schizophrenia in the recovery period.Methods 64 patients with schizophrenia who received nursing care at the Qingdao Mental Health Center from January 2023 to December 2023 were included as the research subjects.The two groups were divided equally using the double color ball averaging method,with 32 patients in each group.The control group received basic nursing care,while the observation group received ear acupressure and humanistic care.The psychological health scores,sleep quality scores,anxiety scores,depression scores,quality of life scores,and compliance were compared between the two groups.The t-test is used for normal measurement data,and the x^(2) test is used for count data.Results The scores of various psychological health indicators in the observation group after nursing were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);the scores of sleep disorders,anxiety,and depression in the observation group after nursing were lower than those in the control group,while the quality of life was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);the compliance of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Ear acupressure and humanistic care nursing for patients with schizophrenia in the recovery period can effectively reduce their physical and mental stress,improve their sleep quality,alleviate their anxiety and depression symptoms,and enhance their quality of life and compliance.
