奥氮平联合心理治疗对伴抑郁症状精神分裂症患者的影响分析

摘　　要：目的探究奥氮平联合心理治疗应用于伴抑郁症状精神分裂症(SCH)患者对其疗效的影响。方法选取100例伴抑郁症状SCH患者,均为聊城市第四人民医院2021年6月~2023年6月时间段内所收治,按抽签法做随机分组,分为对照组(奥氮平治疗,50例)与干预组(奥氮平联合心理治疗,50例),比较两组的阳性与阴性症状评分、抑郁评分、疗效、社会功能评分、总不良反应率。正态计量资料采用t检验,计数资料采用x^(2)检验。结果与对照组治疗后阳性与阴性症状评分比较,干预组治疗后的阳性与阴性症状评分更低,两组差异显著(P<0.05);干预组治疗后的抑郁评分低于对照组,两组差异显著(P<0.05);干预组治疗所取得的总有效率96.00%比对照组的78.00%更高,两组差异显著(P<0.05);治疗后干预组社会功能评分各个维度的评分均较对照组高,两组差异显著(P<0.05)。对照组、干预组的总不良反应率分别为8.00%、12.00%,两组差异不显著(P>0.05)。结论奥氮平+心理治疗对于伴发抑郁症状的SCH患者具有良好的疗效,对患者症状具有良好的改善作用,可减轻患者抑郁程度,促进其恢复社会功能。Objective In order to explore the therapeutic effect of olanzapine coupled with psychotherapy for schizophrenic patients plagued by depressive symptoms.Methods 100 patients with SCH accompanied by depressive symptoms were selected,all of whom were admitted to our hospital from June 2021 to June 2023.They were randomly divided into a control group(treated with olanzapine,50 cases)and an intervention group(treated with olanzapine and psychotherapy,50 cases)according to the drawing method.The positive and negative symptom scores,depression scores,efficacy,social function scores,and total adverse reaction rate of the two groups were compared.Normal measurement data were tested by t test,count data were tested by x2.Results Compared with the control group,the positive and negative symptom scores were both relatively lower in the intervention group,with significance of difference(P<0.05).The depression score of the intervention group was comparably lower with significance of difference than another group(P<0.05).The total effective rate(which reaches 96.00%)in the intervention group was relatively higher than the control group's(which is 78.00%)with significance of difference(P<0.05).After treatment,the intervention group's social function scores were comparably higher than the control group's with significance of difference(P<0.05).The total adverse reaction rate of control group and intervention group was 8.00%and 12.00%,respectively,without significance of difference(P>0.05).Conclusion Olanzapine combined with psychological treatment of SCH patients with depressive symptoms has a significant effect,can effectively improve the symptoms of patients,reduce the degree of depression,promote the recovery of their social function,and the treatment is safe and reliable.
