摘　　要：侵入性操作易导致患者产生焦虑、疼痛等不良状况,如何有效缓解侵入性操作时的不良体验,是护理工作亟待解决的问题。沉浸式虚拟现实技术(IVR)作为一种新型的非药物干预方式,能够有效缓解操作所带来的不适,节省医疗成本与社会资源。本文针对IVR的作用机制,以及在临床侵入性操作中的应用现状展开评述,并简要分析研究中存在的不足之处与未来发展方向,以期为推动沉浸式虚拟现实技术在临床中的应用提供参考。Invasive procedures can easily lead to anxiety,pain and other adverse conditions in patients,and how to effectively alleviate the adverse experience of invasive procedures is an urgent problem to be solved in nursing work.As a new type of non-drug intervention,immersive virtual reality(IVR)can effectively alleviate the discomfort caused by the operation,save medical costs and social resources.This article reviews the mechanism of action of IVR and the application status of IVR in clinical invasive procedures,and briefly analyzes the shortcomings and future development directions of the research,in order to provide a reference for promoting the application of immersive virtual reality technology in clinical practice.
