摘  要:试验旨在探究罗伊氏乳杆菌YL006的安全性及其对动物生长性能、抗氧化能力的影响,为其作为饲料添加剂应用于畜禽养殖提供参考。从仔猪肠道分离得到一株罗伊氏乳杆菌YL006,通过急性毒性试验、亚急性毒性试验以及细菌迁移试验、抗氧化指标测定等探究罗伊氏乳杆菌YL006的安全性以及促生长、抗氧化功效。结果显示:通过7 d的急性毒性试验,试验组与对照组小鼠均未出现死亡,一切生命活动均正常,体重增加不明显、解剖无异常、未出现细菌的迁移现象。为期28 d的亚急性试验结果显示,各组小鼠全部正常存活且未出现细菌迁移证明该菌的安全性。中剂量组(10^(7) CFU/mL)小鼠的体重和平均日增重均显著高于其他组(P<0.05)。各试验组小鼠血清总抗氧化力(T-AOC)及总超氧化物歧化酶(T-SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)的活性均显著高于对照组(P<0.05),血清丙二醛(MDA)含量显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究表明,灌服罗伊氏乳杆菌YL006菌液可提高小鼠生长性能,改善其抗氧化能力,其中剂量为107 CFU/mL时效果最好。The aim of this study was to investigate the safety of Lactobacillus reuteri YL006 and its effects on growth performance and antioxidant capacity of animals,so as to provide reference for its application as feed additive in livestock and poultry breeding.A Lactobacillus reuteri YL006 strain was isolated from the intestinal tract of piglets.The safety,growth promotion and antioxidant effects of Lactobacillus reuteri YL006 were investigated by acute toxicity test,subacute toxicity test,bacterial migration test and antioxidant index determination.The results showed that:After 7 days of acute toxicity test,the experimental group and control group mice did not die,all life activities were normal,weight gain was not obvious,anatomy was not abnormal,no bacterial migration phenomenon.The results of subacute test for 28 days showed that all mice in each group survived normally and no bacterial migration occurred,which proved the safety of the bacteria.The body weight and average daily gain of mice in the medium dose group(10^(7) CFU/mL)were significantly higher than those in other groups(P<0.05).The serum total antioxidant power(T-AOC),total superoxide dismutase(T-SOD)and glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px)activities of experimental groups were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05),and the serum malondialdehyde(MDA)content of experimental groups was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The results showed that the growth performance and antioxidant capacity of mice were improved by administration of Lactobacillus reuteri YL006 solution,and the best effect was achieved when the dose was 107 CFU/mL.
