摘　　要：阐述基于控制变量原理,结合案例中的停电数据,分析供电可靠性的影响因素、可靠性措施的历史贡献度和投资敏感度,挖掘各类措施的可靠性提升空间和投资需求,以提升区域供电可靠性。This paper describes the principle of controlling variables,using power outage data from a case study to analyze the influencing factors of power supply reliability,the historical contribution of reliability measures,and investment sensitivity.It explores the reliability improvement space and investment needs of various measures to enhance regional power supply reliability.
