摘　　要：“习近平文化思想与上海艺术管理创新”研讨会的举办是上海努力打造习近平文化思想最佳实践地的典型案例。对于艺术管理创新议题的探讨,我们可以从中国式现代化进程中的文化体制机制改革、“以人民为中心”的艺术生态建构、数智技术赋能文化艺术管理创新、文旅产业赋能乡村振兴及城市更新、新文科背景下艺术管理学科发展及学术期刊建设等多个角度展开,进而对习近平文化思想指导下的中国文化艺术管理进行宏观与微观相结合、理论与实践相结合、质性与量化相结合的阐释,从不同方面展示国内外文化艺术管理发展的前沿,直面艺术管理学科发展及中国文化艺术管理实践所面临的种种问题。The organization of the seminar on“Xi Jinping's Cultural Thought and Shanghai's Arts Management Innovation”is a typical example of Shanghai's efforts to build a best practice place for Xi Jinping's cultural thought.Discussion on the topic of arts management innovation can be carried out from various perspectives,such as the reform of cultural institutions and mechanisms in the process of Chinese modernization,“people-centered”artistic ecological construction,innovation in culture and arts management empowered by digital and intellectual technologies,rural revitalization and urban renewal empowered by cultural and tourism industries,development of arts management disciplines and construction of academic journals in the context of new liberal arts,etc.,and then,we will explain the Chinese culture and art management under the guidance of Xi Jinping's cultural thought by combining macro and micro,theory and practice,and qualitative and quantitative,showing the frontiers of the development of culture and art management at home and abroad from different aspects,and confronting the problems facing the development of the discipline of art management and the practice of culture and art management in China.
