摘 要:随着电力电子系统开关频率和功率密度的提高,电磁干扰(electromagnetic interference,EMI)问题受到更多关注。基于此,设计具有高衰减性能的EMI滤波器并建立准确的滤波器模型非常重要,而众多互感系数是实现模型精度和复杂度平衡的关键。该文首先建立包含互感的滤波等效电路,通过分析输出电压对互感的导数,发现互感对滤波性能的影响程度与滤波电感值具有强相关性,需要结合滤波电感值评估互感的重要性;然后,通过设计滤波器电路板上不同位置处的测量端口,实现各类互感参数的辨识;以插入损耗平均误差作为数值指标,用于定量评估不同滤波电感值下各类互感对滤波性能的影响程度,采用评估结果指导滤波器中各类互感的建模,建立滤波器的简化模型。最后,对比滤波器简化模型和实验获得的插入损耗曲线,验证所提模型的有效性。With increasing switching frequency and power density of power electronic system,electromagnetic interference(EMI)issues have attracted more attention.Therefore,it is important to design an EMI filter with high attenuation performance and establish an accurate filter model,and many mutual inductance coefficients are the key to achieve a balance between model accuracy and complexity.In this paper,the filter equivalent circuit including mutual inductance was established firstly.By analyzing the derivative of output voltage to mutual inductance,it was found that the influence degree of mutual inductances on filtering performance was strongly correlated with the value of filter inductor,so the importance of mutual inductances needs to be evaluated with the inductor value.Then,through the design of measuring ports at different positions of the filter PCB board,the identification of various mutual inductances was realized.The average error of insertion loss was defined as a numerical index,which was used to quantitatively evaluate the influence of various mutual inductance on filtering performance under different inductor values.The evaluation results can guide the modeling of various mutual inductances in filter,and a simplified filter model was established.Finally,the effectiveness of the simplified filter model was verified by comparing the insertion loss curves of the experimental and the simplified model.
