摘　　要：阐述在智能电网中,线路规划和设计是一个非常复杂、烦琐的工程,包括智能电网线路规划与设计路径,介绍系统规划设计、功能模块设计、GIS技术的应用、通信线路敷设方法。This paper expounds that line planning and design in smart grids is a very complex and tedious project,including the path of smart grid line planning and design.It introduces system planning and design,functional module design,application of GIS technology,and communication line laying methods.
