摘　　要：阐述真空挤出原理、水泥墙板材料及性能要求、生产流程关键工艺参数。探讨基于计算机模拟的真空挤出式水泥墙板生产优化路径,包括材料性能模拟分析、真空挤出过程模拟、智能优化方法应用。This paper expounds the principle of vacuum extrusion,cement wall panel materials and performance requirements,and key process parameters in the production process.It explores the optimization path of vacuum extrusion cement wall panel production based on computer simulation,including material performance simulation analysis,vacuum extrusion process simulation,and application of intelligent optimization methods.
