摘  要:阐述在对一款LDO电路的测试中,发现在特定工作条件下LDO输出电压存在锯齿状纹波。为此,从晶体管的间歇导通行为与LDO电路工作原理着手,对环路相位与输出纹波特征作理论分析。基于LDO电路的分析与测试结果提出改进方案,并验证改进方案的可行性,产品在后续的测试中纹波消失。This paper describes that in the testing of an LDO circuit,there are sawtooth ripple patterns in the output voltage of the LDO under specific operating conditions.Starting from the intermittent conduction behavior of transistors and the working principle of LDO circuits,a theoretical analysis is conducted on the loop phase and output ripple characteristics.Based on the analysis and testing results of the LDO circuit,an improvement plan is proposed,and the feasibility of the proposed improvement plan is demonstrated through principle analysis and software simulation.The product designed with an improved solution experienced ripple disappearance during testing,
