摘　　要：阐述无人机可用于提供设施检查服务,但存在任务和数据交付的不确定,为此,建立一个随机优化模型,在不确定的情况下优化无人机的分配和空中数据传输,最大程度降低运营成本。This paper describes that UAV can be used to provide facility inspection services,but the tasks and data delivery are uncertain.It establishes a stochastic optimization model to optimize the allocation of UAV and air data transmission in uncertain situations,minimizing operational costs to the greatest extent possible.
