摘　　要：阐述基于PLC控制技术设计一套全自动控制配料系统,该系统能够对各种固废物料进行称重、混合、传送和存储。系统具有可靠性高、抗干扰性强、物料封闭性好的特点,同时能够提高称量精度,保护生产环境,使生产运行安全、高效和稳定。This paper describes the design of a fully automatic control batching system which can weigh,mix and transmit all kinds of solid waste materials.The system has high reliability,strong antiinterference and good material sealing,improves the automation level and weighing accuracy of the batching system,in order to protect the production environment and ensure safe,efficient,and stable production operations.
