摘　　要：阐述变电运维中的系统安全漏洞、人为操作错误、技术设备老化风险。从完善网络防护措施、加强操作人员培训、推进设备更新换代方面,探讨应对变电运维风险的策略。This paper describes the system security vulnerabilities,human operation errors,and technical equipment aging risks in substation operation and maintenance.It explores strategies to address the risks of substation operation and maintenance by strengthening network protection measures,improving operator training,and promoting equipment upgrades.
