摘　　要：目的分析2018—2023年上海市大场社区老年居民血尿酸水平和高尿酸血症(hyperuricemia,HUA)患病率的动态分布情况,为社区慢性病健康管理提供临床依据。方法收集2018—2023年在上海市大场社区卫生服务中心参加老年居民健康体检的血尿酸数据,回顾性分析不同年份、性别和年龄的血尿酸平均水平和高尿酸血症患病率。结果2018—2023年上海市大场社区老年居民HUA的患病率为11.61%~16.54%,女性患病率6.01%~10.27%,男性患病率18.02%~25.29%,女性HUA患病率低于男性(P<0.001);HUA的患病率随年龄的增长而升高(P<0.001)。结论上海市大场社区老年居民女性HUA患病率低于男性,且随着年龄增长呈逐年上升趋势,全科医师在开展社区健康管理时需针对重点人群进行管理和干预。Objective To analyze the dynamic distribution of Serum Uric Acid level and prevalence rate of hyperuricemia among elderly residents in Dachang community of Shanghai from 2018 to 2023 year,so as to provide clinical basis for community health management of chronic diseases.Methods Serum Uric Acid data of elderly residents participating in physical examination in Shanghai Dachang Community Health Service Center from 2018 to 2023 year were collected,and the average Serum Uric Acid level and prevalence of hyperuricemia in different years,genders and ages were retrospectively analyzed.Results From 2018 to 2023 year,the prevalence of HUA among elderly residents in Dachang community of Shanghai ranged from 11.61%to 16.54%,the prevalence of females ranged from 6.01%to 10.27%,and the prevalence of males ranged from 18.02%to 25.29%.The prevalence of HUA in females was significantly lower than that in males(P<0.001).The prevalence of HUA increased with age(P<0.001).Conclusions The prevalence of HUA among elderly residents in Dachang community of Shanghai was significantly lower in females than in males,and it showed an increasing trend year by year with age.General practitioners should conduct management and intervention for key groups when carrying out community health management.
