摘  要:阐述为了满足伺服驱动器可支持若干种协议的编码器通信需求,设计编码器自识别的硬件电路,在硬件电路设计的基础上,采用FPGA实现串行编码器智能识别与协议统一的有限状态机。根据以上硬件和FPGA的设计,在一台伺服驱动器上进行插拔切换若干种协议的编码器,实验结果验证了多协议的自识别的正确性。This paper describes the design of a hardware circuit for encoder self recognition to meet the communication requirements of servo drives that can support multiple protocols.Based on the hardware circuit design,FPGA is used to implement a finite state machine for intelligent recognition and protocol unification of serial encoders.Based on the above hardware and FPGA design,several protocol encoders were plugged and switched on a servo drive,and the experimental results verified the correctness of multi protocol self recognition.
