摘　　要：阐述针对输配电线路安全运行中的问题,提出技术解决方案。通过对线路监测技术、故障预防与诊断技术、维护和检修策略、设计和施工优化等方面的分析,以提升输配电线路的安全性和可靠性。This paper describes the problems in the safe operation of transmission and distribution lines and proposes technical solutions.It improves the safety and reliability of transmission and distribution lines through analysis of line monitoring technology,fault prevention and diagnosis technology,maintenance and repair strategies,design and construction optimization,and other aspects.
