摘　　要：阐述基于安全主动防御体系的电力安全管理系统。针对电力安全管理现状,介绍安全主动防御体系的优势。从电力网络数据采集中的主动防御、电力网络安全风险分析、电力网络安全评估、安全主动防御体系构建方面,提出实现电力网络安全化管理的建议。This paper expounds an electric power safety management system based on a proactive security defense system.It focuses on the current situation of power safety management and introduces the advantages of proactive security defense system.It proposes suggestions for achieving power network security management from the aspects of active defense in power network data collection,power network security risk analysis,power network security assessment,and construction of security active defense system.
