摘　　要：阐述为构建无源光子集成电路的时域状态空间模型可靠技术,可进行迭代来确定模型。提出一种无源光子集成电路的建模方法,可用于预测所需模型大小,减少迭代,提高建模效率。This paper describes reliable techniques for constructing a time-domain state space model of passive photonic integrated circuits,iteratively determining the model.It proposes a modeling method for passive photonic integrated circuits,which can be used to predict the required model size,reduce iterations,and improve modeling efficiency.
