省级教育考试机构数据中心信息安全建设探析——以湖北省教育考试院为例

摘　　要：数据中心是教育考试新基建的重要支柱,是助推教育考试数字化转型的底座支撑。为增强教育考试安全防范与风险应对能力,省级教育考试机构数据中心信息安全建设以强化数据安全保障意识为基础,从数字底座视角保障高质量教育体系发展为目标,助力信息安全与教育考试业务深层次融合。以湖北省教育考试院为例,数据中心建设内容包括基础物理环境、网络架构、业务应用、云平台、存储、容灾备份、监管与运维,以期为教育考试高质量发展提供实践参考。The data centers as an important pillar of the new infrastructure of education examinations,play an important role in promoting the digital transformation of education examinations.Normally,in order to help enhance their ability of security and quick response to risks,the data centers in provincial education examinations authorities attach great importance to the deep integration of the information security and the education examinations management,by heightening their awareness of data security in the construction of information security,and aiming at the development of a high-quality education system.Against this background,this article focuses on the data center in Hubei Education Examinations Authority,who mainly emphasizes the basic physical environment,network architecture,business applications,cloud platforms,storage,disaster recovery and backups,supervision and operation and maintenance,etc.in their construction of information security.Hopefully,this study may provide some practical guidance for the high-quality development of the education examinations.
