摘  要:文章针对某高速公路沥青路面病害检测方案的不足,提出了基于数据变异性与路面性能影响因素分析的检测方案优化方法。通过综合应用落锤式弯沉仪与探地雷达设备,检测路面结构,并通过温度校正与荷载分析,解决检测数据波动大、误差显著的问题。结合多因素回归模型,分析温度、荷载及材料老化对路面性能的影响,优化后的方案提高了检测数据的一致性与精度。研究结果表明,优化方案在弯沉值和厚度误差控制方面效果显著,数据一致性提升20%,检测误差为原方案的80%,为制定路面养护决策提供了可靠依据。In view of the shortcomings of an expressway asphalt pavement disease detection scheme,this paper proposes a detection scheme optimization method based on data variability and pavement performance infl uencing factors analysis.Through the comprehensive application of Falling Weight Deflectometer and Ground Penetrating Radar equipment,the pavement structure is detected,and the problems of large fluctuation and significant error of detection data are solved through temperature correction and load analysis.Combined with the multi-factor regression model,the infl uence of temperature,load and material aging on pavement performance is analyzed,and the optimized scheme improves the consistency and accuracy of the detection data.The results show that the optimization scheme has a signifi cant effect on the control of defl ection value and thickness error,the data consistency is improved by 20%,and the detection error is 80%of the original scheme,which provides a reliable basis for the formulation of pavement maintenance decision.
