摘 要:由于航行区域的特殊性,极地船舶推进轴系在冰区航行时受到冰-桨相互作用的影响,对其可靠性提出了很高的要求。冰-桨相互作用产生的高周循环载荷会导致推进轴系部件更易发生疲劳失效,因此提出了一种基于疲劳失效机理的可靠性评估方法对极地船舶的推进轴系进行可靠性分析。首先,建立了推进轴系的有限元模型,根据冰-桨相互作用的4种工况分析结果找出了关键部件;然后,对疲劳失效可靠性分析过程中材料参数和载荷参数的不确定性进行量化,利用基于疲劳失效机理模型的蒙特卡洛模拟与Kriging代理模型获得关键部件的疲劳寿命分布;进而,建立推进轴系的可靠性模型,开展系统的可靠性分析,并绘制其可靠度函数曲线。最后,通过灵敏度分析,得到影响轴系疲劳寿命的关键因素。结果表明,该方法,通过考虑冰-桨相互作用,分析计算疲劳寿命并建立可靠度函数曲线,可以有效评估极地船舶推进轴系的可靠性。对极地船舶推进轴系的可靠性分析具有一定工程意义。Due to the particularity of the navigation area,the polar ship propulsion shafting is affected by the ice-paddle interaction when sailing in the ice area,which puts forward a high requirement for its reliability.Fatigue failure of propulsion shafting is more likely to occur due to high cyclic load caused by ice-propeller interaction.Therefore,a reliability evaluation method based on fatigue failure mechanism is proposed to analyze the reliability of propulsion shafting of polar ships.Firstly,the finite element model of propulsion shafting is established,and the key components are identified according to the analysis results of four conditions of icepropeller interaction.Then,the uncertainty of material parameters and load parameters during fatigue failure reliability analysis is quantified,and the fatigue life distribution of key components is obtained by Monte Carlo simulation and Kriging proxy model based on fatigue failure mechanism model.Then,the reliability model of propulsion shafting is established,the reliability analysis of the system is carried out,and the reliability function curve is drawn.Finally,the key factors affecting the fatigue life of shafting are obtained through sensitivity analysis.The results show that the proposed method can effectively evaluate the reliability of polar ship propulsion shafting by considering the ice-propeller interaction,analyzing the fatigue life and establishing the reliability function curve,and has certain engineering significance for the reliability analysis of polar ship propulsion shafting.
