工业机器人在涤纶长丝生产中的运用分析

摘　　要：在“中国制造2025”战略目标深入推进的背景下,化纤行业中传统以人工为主的生产模式,已经无法满足企业对高效率生产的需求;而以现代科学技术为依托的工业机器人,能够降低化纤生产对于人力资源的依赖,提高企业的自动化、智能化生产水平。本文重点阐述在涤纶长丝生产中工业机器人的应用方法,旨在提高涤纶长丝的产品质量和生产效率,促进化纤行业的现代化发展,以期为从业人员提供参考和借鉴。In the context of the in-depth promotion of the strategic goal of"Made in China 2025",the traditional manual-based production mode in the chemical fiber industry has been unable to meet the needs of enterprises for high-efficiency production;The industrial robot based on modern science and technology can reduce the dependence of chemical fiber production on human resources and improve the level of automation and intelligent production of enterprises.This paper focuses on the application method of industrial robots in the production of polyester filament,aiming to improve the product quality and production efficiency of polyester filament,and promote the modernization of the chemical fiber industry,in order to provide reference for practitioners.
