摘 要:[目的]城市轨道交通车站建造越来越多地采用装配式建造技术,而综合管线吊挂系统是装配式地下车站建造中的一项高效且先进的工程解决方案,对该方案技术细节进行研究,有助于提高其应用效果,有助于提升地下车站建设的质量和效率。[方法]分析了地下车站结构构件与综合管线吊挂系统的匹配关系;介绍了基于综合管线吊挂系统的地下车站综合管线排布优化方式;介绍了地下车站结构构件与综合管线吊挂系统的连接方式,以及综合管线吊挂系统支、吊架的设计细节。[结果及结论]在装配式地下车站建造中应用综合管线吊挂系统,能够优化管线布局,提高车站内部空间的利用率,提升地下车站建设的质量和效率。[Objective]The construction of urban rail transit stations is increasingly adopting prefabricated construction tech⁃nology,and the integrated pipeline suspension system is an ad⁃vanced and efficient engineering solution in the construction of prefabricated underground stations.Researching the technical details of this solution is beneficial for enhancing its application effectiveness and improving the quality and efficiency of under⁃ground station construction.[Method]The compatibility be⁃tween underground station structural components and the inte⁃grated pipeline suspension system is analyzed.The optimized layout approach for underground station integrated pipelines based on the suspension system is introduced,and the connec⁃tion method between underground station structural components and the integrated pipeline suspension system is introduced,as well as the design details of system supports and hangers.[Re⁃sult&Conclusion]The application of integrated pipeline sus⁃pension system in the construction of prefabricated underground stations can optimize pipeline layout,improve the utilization rate of station internal space,and enhance the quality and effi⁃ciency of underground station construction.
