摘 要:[目的]减振垫浮置板轨道受既有道床的影响,减振改造措施受到较大限制,可设计性差。分析将原有普通扣件换铺为高等减振扣件的可行性,为减振垫浮置板轨道的减振改造设计提供研究思路。[方法]通过振动测试判定减振垫服役状态;建立车辆-轨道-隧道多尺度耦合动力学模型并验证模型的可靠性和准确性;借助所建立和通过验证的仿真模型,分析将原有普通扣件换铺为高等减振扣件的可行性,评定改造为高等减振扣件后的行车安全性,并分析减振效果。[结果及结论]减振垫平均频率为32 Hz,道床平均垂向位移为0.4 mm,偏离了设计值;减振垫刚度的增大导致隔振效果变差,对P2(簧下质量与轨道质量在轨道弹性系统上的振动)共振抑制能力减弱,从而引起振动噪声超标;所建立的车辆-轨道-隧道多尺度耦合动力学模型可精准预测轨道振动;改造为高等减振扣件后的行车安全性指标均满足规范标准要求;高等减振扣件对频率高于31.5 Hz的轨道振动具有抑制作用,对于隧道壁,可实现7.7 dB的减振效果。[Objective]The design flexibility for vibration reduction renovation measures of floating slab track with damp⁃ing pads is poor due to the influence of existing track bed.The feasibility of replacing common fasteners with high⁃perform⁃ance damping fasteners is analyzed,providing insights into the design of vibration reduction innovation for floating slab tracks with damping pads.[Method]Vibration tests are conducted to assess the service condition of damping pads.A vehicle⁃track⁃tunnel multi⁃scale coupled dynamics model is established and validated for reliability and accuracy.Using this validated simulation model,the feasibility of replacing the original com⁃mon fasteners with high⁃performance damping fasteners is ana⁃lyzed.The safety of train operations after the renovation is e⁃valuated and the vibration reduction effectiveness is assessed.[Result&Conclusion]The average frequency of the damping pads is found to be 32 Hz,with an average track bed vertical displacement of 0.4 mm,deviating from the design values.In⁃creased stiffness of the damping pads leads to diminished vibra⁃tion isolation effects,reducing the ability to suppress P2 reso⁃nance(vibration of unsprung mass and track mass on the elas⁃tic track system)and causing excessive vibration noise.The established vehicle⁃track⁃tunnel multi⁃scale coupled dynamics model accurately predicts track vibration.Safety indicators for train operations after renovation with high⁃performance damp⁃ing fasteners meet requirements in regulations and standards.These high⁃performance fasteners effectively suppress track vi⁃bration above 31.5 Hz,achieving a vibration reduction of 7.7 dB in tunnel walls.
