摘 要:儒家历来重视“为学之要”和“教人之道”。北宋理学家和关学宗师张载,是儒家重学传统的继承者和发扬者。现代学术界对中国古代教育的研究,几乎涉及了“为学”和“教人”的各个方面,但对内蕴其中的为学精神却很少关注。有鉴于此,有必要对张载从为学精神这一视角进行专题研究。张载为学精神的重要特征表现为三个方面:“所志至大”“学则须疑”“学贵心悟”,每一个重要特征,都有其现代价值。Confucianism has always attached great importance to“the essentials of learning”and“the way of teaching people”.As a famous educator,co-founder of Neo-Confucianism and master of Guan School in the Northern Song Dynasty,Zhang Zai was the inheritor and propagator of the Confucianism,which attaches importance to educational tradition.The study on the ancient Chinese education in modern academic circles involves almost all aspects of“learning”and“teaching people”,but pays less attention to the spirit of learning behind them.In light of this,it is necessary to conduct a focused study on Zhang Zai from the perspective of the spirit of learning.The important characteristics of Zhang Zai’s spirit of learning manifest in three aspects:“the aspiration for greatness,”“the necessity of doubt in learning,”and“the value of understanding through the heart.”Each of these important characteristics of Zhang Zai’s spirit of learning holds modern value.
