摘 要:T细胞免疫球蛋白黏蛋白-1(T cell immunoglobulin domain and mucin domain protein 1,TIM-1)是一个具有独特免疫调节功能的T细胞表面糖蛋白,表达于T细胞、B细胞、树突状细胞(dendritic cells,DCs)、巨噬细胞、自然杀伤T(natural killer T,NKT)细胞和肥大细胞等细胞表面,并调节不同的免疫反应。目前的研究表明,TIM-1在多种肿瘤中表达并参与了肿瘤的发生和发展;TIM-1通过调控免疫细胞,诱导肿瘤微环境的变化,从而产生有效的抗肿瘤免疫反应。TIM-1可能是肿瘤免疫反应中的一个潜在共刺激分子,有望成为肿瘤免疫治疗的新靶点。因此,本文将就TIM-1结构和配体、免疫分子机制和其在肿瘤中的表达及相关免疫调节等方面的研究进展进行综述。T cell immunoglobulin domain and mucin domain protein-1(TIM-1)is a T cell surface glycoprotein with unique immunomodulation function,which is expressed on the surface of T cells,B cells,dendritic cells(DCs),macrophages,natural killer T(NKT)cells,mast cells and other cells,and regulates different immune responses.Recent studies show that TIM-1 is expressed in various tumors and plays a role in their occurrence and development.TIM-1 alters the tumor microenvironment by regulating immune cells,leading to an effective antitumor immune response.As such,TIM-1 may serve as a potential co-stimulatory molecule for the immune response against tumors and could be a novel target for immunotherapy.In this paper,we will review the progress of TIM-1 in terms of its structure and ligand,immune molecular mechanism,its expression in tumor and related immune regulation.
