摘　　要：本文对当前供应商信息分类管理的现状与不足进行分析,提出了基于全生命周期的供应商状态管理思路,将供应商分为推荐供应商、短期合作供应商、长期合作供应商、退出合作供应商、风险供应商5类;全面梳理全供应链对供应商信息的需求,明确8类供应商信息,确保供应商认证、供应商选择、供应商质量体系管理、供应商质量问题处置及归零、供应商绩效管理、供应商质量提升等业务活动实时调用全面、准确、统一的供应商信息,提升企业供应商质量管理水平。This article analyzes the current situation and shortcomings of supplier information classification management,and proposes a supplier status management approach based on the full lifecycle.It divides suppliers into five categories:recommended suppliers,short-term cooperative suppliers,long-term cooperative suppliers,withdrawn cooperative suppliers,and risky suppliers;comprehensively sorts out the demand for supplier information across the entire supply chain,clarifies 8 types of supplier information,ensures real-time access to comprehensive,accurate,and unified supplier information for business activities such as supplier certification,supplier selection,supplier quality system management,supplier quality issue resolution and zeroing,supplier performance management,and supplier quality improvement,and improving the level of enterprise supplier quality management.
