摘　　要：湿电子化学品是显示面板、半导体、光伏等领域不可缺少的关键性材料之一。湿电子化学品的质量优劣,不但直接影响电子产品的质量,而且对微电子制造技术的产业化有重大影响。因此,下游客户对供应商执行严格的准入机制,这对供应商的质量管理体系提出了极高的要求。本文从质量体系建设标准、质量体系评价模式、质量管理数字化3个方面分别介绍了湿电子化学品企业进行质量管理体系建设的方法及要点,以达到实现全面质量管理及顾客持续满意的效果。最后,对湿电子化学品企业未来质量管理体系建设提出了总结和展望。Wet electronic chemicals are one of the essential key materials which are mainly used in multiple fields such as display panels,semiconductors and photovoltaics.The quality of wet electronic chemicals not only directly affects the quality of electronic products,but also has a significant impact on the industrialization of microelectronic manufacturing technology.Therefore,downstream customers implement strict admission mechanisms for suppliers which place extremely high demands on their quality management system.This article introduces the methods and key points of quality management system construction in wet electronic chemical enterprises in three aspects,such as quality system construction standards,quality system evaluation mode and quality management digitalization,to achieve the effect of comprehensive quality management and continuous customer satisfaction.Finally,it further provides summaries and expectations for the future quality management system construction of wet electronic chemical enterprises.
