摘 要:为了调查农村居民参与外语培训的现状,发现外语培训的需求和存在问题,并为进一步改善“互联网+”时代农村地区外语培训教学效果提供参考,本文通过问卷星对2022—2023年参与过外语培训的农村居民进行调查,对人口学特征、培训需求及培训满意度各维度进行描述性分析,并进行单因素方差分析及卡方检验。研究发现,在852份接受过外语培训的样本中,427人选择了线下培训,占50.12%;425人选择线上培训,占49.88%。培训内容满意度平均分为3.03,教学教材设施满意度平均分为3.29,培训效果满意度的平均分为3.52,培训互动满意度的平均分为3.62,整体满意度的平均分为3.48。总体来看,农村居民对外语培训的需求较高,尤其在教育与职业发展、文化交流与信息获取、个人成长与自我提升三个维度都有显著需求;整体满意度居中,但不同维度的满意度表现各异。培训内容满意度偏低。基于以上研究,本文建议政策制定者和外语培训服务提供者注重优化差异化教学、提高课程质量、优化教学资源。In order to investigate the current situation of rural residents’participation in foreign language training,find out the needs and problems of foreign language training,and provide reference for further improving the teaching effect of foreign language training in rural areas in the“Internet plus”era.The author conducts a cross-sectional survey of rural residents who have participated in foreign language training from 2022 to 2023 through Questionnaire Star.Descriptive analysis is conducted on demographic characteristics,training needs,and training satisfaction dimensions,and one-way ANOVA and chi square test are performed.Research indicated that out of 852 samples who received foreign language training,427 people chose offline training,accounting for 50.12%;425 people chose online training,accounting for 49.88%.The average satisfaction score of the training content is 3.03 The average satisfaction score for teaching materials and facilities is 3.29,The average satisfaction score for training effectiveness is 3.52;The average score for satisfaction with training interaction is 3.62,The average score of overall satisfaction is 3.48.Overall,rural residents have a high demand for foreign language training,especially in three dimensions:education and career development,cultural exchange and information acquisition,and personal growth and self-improvement;The overall satisfaction is moderate,but the performance of satisfaction varies across different dimensions.The satisfaction with the training content is low.Based on the above research,this article suggests that policy makers and foreign language training service providers should focus on optimizing differentiated teaching,improving course quality,and optimizing teaching resources.
