摘　　要：阐述智能电表和集抄系统在线损管理中的应用,包括存储和传输电力数据及相关信息、计算和冻结用户电能、费率和时段切换、电能监控,以及计量监测、系统故障动态监测、有效的远程监控。This paper describes the application of smart meters and centralized reading systems in online loss management,including storing and transmitting power data and related information,calculating and freezing user energy,switching rates and time periods,energy monitoring,as well as metering monitoring,dynamic monitoring of system faults,and effective remote monitoring.
