摘  要:阐述基于单片机技术的多参数水质检测系统设计,系统以上位机软件和STC89C52RC单片机为主控单元,以HC-12单片机和各类水质指标传感器为检测单元。主控单元通过PWM脉冲控制信号进行硬件动作调整,HC-12单片机则通过AT指令集的收发与检测单元进行数据通信。在系统运行过程中,上位机软件与主控单元通过串口通信,使系统按照推杆下降-样品检测(传感器清洗)-推杆上升-风机转动-舵机转角的循环逻辑运动。系统能够一次自动测定四组32个样品的水质指标,测定结果通过HC-12返回至上位机软件界面进行保存和处理。对比标准结果表明系统的误差较小,能够满足样品检测的误差要求。This paper expounds the design of a multi-parameter water quality detection system based on single-chip microcontroller technology.The system consists of an upper computer software and STC89C52RC microcontrollers as the main control unit,and HC-12 microcontrollers and various water quality indicator sensors as the detection unit.The main control unit adjusts hardware operations through PWM pulse control signals,while the HC-12 microcontroller communicates with the detection unit through the AT command set.During system operation,the upper computer software communicates with the main control unit through a serial port,causing the system to follow a logic cycle of pushrod descent-sample detection(sensor cleaning)-pushrod ascent-fan rotation-rudder angle rotation.The system can automatically determine the water quality indicators of four groups of 32 samples at once,and returns the determination results to the upper computer software interface for storage and processing.The comparing with standard results shows the error of the system is small,meeting the error requirements for sample detection.
