摘　　要：阐述智能电气与智能控制技术特点,包括在线检测与自动诊断、组织控制的核心作用、自动推理与决策机制。从主站系统、子站系统、终端系统方面,探讨高压智能电气配电网保护自动化系统的构建。This paper expounds intelligent electrical and intelligent control technology,including online detection and automatic diagnosis,the core role of organizational control,and automatic reasoning and decision-making mechanisms.It explores the construction of high-voltage intelligent electrical distribution network protection automation system from the aspects of main station system,substation system,and terminal system.
