摘　　要：目的:探讨超声乳化白内障手术前后Kappa角与Alpha角的变化。方法:回顾性临床研究。收集2022年10月至2023年1月在南京医科大学附属淮安第一医院眼科行超声乳化白内障手术的年龄相关性白内障患者80例(80眼)。术前和术后均使用iTrace视觉功能分析仪测量患者Kappa角和Alpha角的大小和轴向。应用配对t检验和卡方检验对手术前后Kappa角和Alpha角的差异进行分析。结果:术前和术后Kappa角位于颞侧分别为70眼(88%)和62眼(78%),位于鼻侧分别为10眼(13%)和18眼(23%);术前和术后Alpha角位于颞侧分别为77眼(96%)和77眼(96%),位于鼻侧(鼻上)分别为3眼(4%)和3眼(4%),差异均无统计学意义(χ^(2)=0~2.77,均P>0.05)。术前Kappa角的大小与术后相比差异有统计学意义(t=2.72,P=0.011),术前Kappa角的轴位和术前Alpha角的大小和轴位与术后相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。术前和术后Kappa角在0.41~0.50 mm、0.51~0.60 mm区间的占比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),其他区间差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);术前和术后Alpha角在所有区间差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。术前、术后Kappa角与Alpha角的变化在0~0.10 mm、0.11~0.20 mm区间的占比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),其他区间差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:术后Kappa角与Alpha角均会发生变化,Kappa角的变化更为明显。Alpha角是植入多焦点人工晶状体手术术前更值得关注的指标。Objective:To evaluate the changes in angle Kappa and angle Alpha before and after cataract surgery.Methods:This was a retrospective study.A total of 80 patients(80 eyes)who underwent phacoemulsification in the department of Ophthalmology,Affiliated Huaian No.1 People's Hospital of Nanjing Medical University from Oct 2022 to Jan 2023 were included in this study.The magnitude and orientation of the angle Kappa and angle Alpha were measured by iTrace.Kolmogorov-Smirnov test was performed to test for the normal distribution.Paired t-tests andχ^(2)-tests were used to assess the statistical significance of the difference in angle Kappa and angle Alpha before and after cataract surgery.Results:Preoperative and postoperative angle Kappa located on the temporal side were 70 eyes(88%)and 62 eyes(78%),respectively,and on the nasal side were 10 eyes(13%)and 18 eyes(23%),respectively.Preoperative and postoperative angle Alpha located on the temporal side were 77 eyes(96%)and 77 eyes(96%),and on the nasal side were 3 eyes(4%)and 3 eyes(4%)respectively.There were no statistically significant differences in different distribution of angle Kappa and angle Alpha between the preoperative and postoperative(χ^(2)=0-2.77,all P>0.05).There was a statistically significant difference in the magnitude of the preoperative angle Kappa compared with the postoperative(t=2.72,P=0.011).There was no statistically significant difference in the orientation of the preoperative angle Kappa and the magnitude and orientation of the preoperative angle Alpha compared with the postoperative angle Kappa and angle Alpha(P>0.05).The proportion of the preoperative and postoperative angle Kappa in 0.41-0.50 mm,0.51-0.60 mm showed statistically significant(P<0.05),but there was no statistically significant difference in other section(P>0.05).The proportion of the preoperative and postoperative angle Alpha in all distribution was statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusions:Both the angle Kappa and angle Alpha changed after cataract surgery,with the angle Ka
