摘  要:目前近视呈现发病年龄低、发病率高、进展快的趋势,尽管对近视的发病机制的理解已有所加深,但目前的认识仍不全面,尤其是其背后的复杂生物学过程。近年来炎症在近视发生及发展过程中的潜在作用受到了关注。眼部炎症因子和炎症相关信号通路的激活,已被证实能够促进巩膜的重塑,这一过程是近视进展中的关键环节,导致眼轴的延长。本文旨在通过综合分析临床研究和实验动物研究的结果,探讨炎症相关疾病、炎症因子以及抗炎药物与近视发生发展之间的关系。此外,本文还通过总结炎症在近视发生发展中可能的作用机制,从而为理解近视的发病机制提供新的视角,并为开发新的治疗近视的策略和方法提供科学依据。Myopia is currently characterized by an early onset age,high prevalence,and rapid progression.Despite advancements in understanding the pathogenesis of myopia,current knowledge remains incomplete,especially regarding the underlying complex biological processes.Recently,the potential role of inflammation in the onset and progression of myopia has garnered attention.Activation of ocular inflammatory factors and inflammation-related signaling pathways has been proven to promote scleral remodeling,a critical process in the progression of myopia leading to the elongation of the eyeball.This study aims to explore the relationship between inflammatory diseases,inflammatory factors,and anti-inflammatory drugs,and the incidence and development of myopia through a comprehensive analysis of clinical studies and experimental animal research.Additionally,it attempts to summarize the potential mechanisms of inflammation in the development of myopia,thereby offering a new perspective for understanding the pathogenesis of myopia and providing a scientific basis for developing new strategies and methods for its treatment.
