摘　　要：为满足国家能源局、国家林草局有关通知要求,做到光伏电站与防沙治沙措施“同步设计、同步施工、同步投运”,结合行业现行标准《光伏发电工程可行性研究报告编制规程》,对光伏治沙工程可行性研究报告编制的内容进行了深入探讨和研究,提出了光伏治沙工程可行性研究报告编制目录、编制内容和技术要求。对光伏治沙工程的发展和规程编制具有参考和借鉴作用。In order to meet the requirements of the notices from the National Energy Administration and the National Forestry and Grassland Administration,and to achieve"synchronized design,synchronized construction,and synchronized operation"of photovoltaic power stations with sand control measures,this paper deeply discusses and studies the content of the feasibility study report for photovoltaic sand control projects,in conjunction with the current industry standard"Specification for the Preparation of Feasibility Study Report for Photovoltaic Power Projects."It proposes a catalog,content and technical requirement for the preparation of feasibility study reports for photovoltaic desertification control projects.These are provided for reference and emulation by the construction units and regulation formulation units involved in photovoltaic sand control projects.
