虫草中多农药残留的检测方法研究

摘　　要：采用QUECHERS-气相色谱质谱联用法建立对虫草中多种农药残留的测定方法,该方法的样品前处理方式快速、简便、成本低廉,方法的标准曲线线性、加标回收率和精密度均能满足GB/T 27404—2008《实验室质量控制规范食品理化检测》中对于定量分析方法的要求,适合大批量检测样品。A method for the determination of multiple pesticide residues in Cordyceps sinensis was established using QUECHERS gas chromatography-mass spectrometry.The sample pretreatment method of this method is fast,simple,and cost-effective.The standard curve linearity,spiked recovery rate,and precision of the method can meet the requirements of quantitative analysis methods in GB/T 27404-2008 Criterion on quality control of laboratories-Chemical testing of food,and is suitable for large-scale detection of samples.
