摘  要:针对电力专题数据运维管理工作中数据结构复杂、精确性低、现势性差、资源复用困难等问题,采用GIS、PostGreSQL、GeoServer、数据融合等技术,设计并研发了电力专题数据图文一体协同维护管理系统。系统通过引入精确的地理信息底图,设计各类专题数据的标准结构,规范多部门协同维护管理流程,有效保障了电力专题数据的统一性、准确性、现势性,极大提升了数据管理的科学性、规范性、灵活性,为电力建设统筹规划提供科学依据,对保障电力系统安全具有重大意义。In order to solve the problems of complex data structure,low accuracy,poor current situation,and difficulty in resource reuse in the operation and maintenance management of electric power thematic data,a collaborative maintenance management system for power data based on graphic-attributes integration was built,using GIS,PostGreSQL,GeoServer,data fusion and other technologies.This paper designed the standard structure of various thematic data,and standardized the multi-department collaborative maintenance and management process,which effectively guarantees the unity,accuracy and current situation of power thematic data,and greatly improves the efficiency of data management.Scientific,normative,and flexible,it provides a scientific basis for the overall planning of power construction,and is of great significance to ensure the safety of the power system.
