摘　　要：烟标印刷质量直接影响下游产品品牌形象和市场竞争力。卷烟包装机包装速度已达1000包/min,印刷绿色化、智能化要求越来越高。本文从原材料,半成品和成品质量控制,各工序经常发生的质量问题,检测设备管理等四方面提出了相应的质量控制对策。The quality of cigarette label printing directly impacts the brand image and market competitiveness of downstream products.The packaging speed of cigarette packing machines has reached 1,000 packs per minute,and the requirements for green and intelligent printing are increasingly stringent.This article proposes corresponding quality control measures from four aspects:raw materials,quality control of semi-finished and finished products,frequently occurring quality issues in various processes,and the management of inspection equipment.
