积极老龄化概念内涵与实践价值 ——基于社会建构意义的解释

摘　　要：针对如潮而至的人口老龄化成为重大社会“问题”的广泛议论、研究探索与实践行为,本文力图在“积极老龄化是新的社会建构”的命题下展开讨论,通过识别人口老龄化并非全是主流话语所刻画的因“生命衰退的无助过程”而被动进行“社会支持的无奈之举”的事实后,论证了人口老龄化并非全无社会建构积极意义的“社会问题”,而是一个“人类社会必趋之文明进程的演进”,一个具有进步意义和现代性建构的社会发展过程,通过“积极老龄化”全社会共识和行动可以建构起新型社会的和谐代际关系,并由此支持社会经济发展的高效率。Based on the flood-in widespread discussion,research exploration and practical actions in response to the significant social“problem”of aging population,and under the proposition that“active aging is a new social construction”,this paper attempts to discuss that by recognizing that population aging is not entirely a passive“helpless act of social support”due to the“decline of life”depicted by mainstream discourse,population aging is not a“social problem”without positive social construction significance,but rather an“inevitable evolution of human society’s civilization process”or a social development process with progressive significance and modernity construction.Through the consensus and action of the whole society on“active aging”,a harmonious intergenerational relationship of a new society can be constructed,and thus support the high efficiency of social and economic development.
