应急供应链韧性的关键影响因素及其关系识别

摘  要:近年来我国生产事故和自然灾害频发。探讨应急物资保障和救援物资及时供应在灾害应急的过程中至关重要。目前学界关于应急供应链韧性的研究大多集中在基于韧性因素考虑的应急供应链优化方面,而对应急供应链韧性影响因素的研究并不多见。现有的研究无法挖掘出影响应急供应链韧性的关键因素以及各影响因素间的作用关系,难以得出其有效的优化方向。本研究结合动态能力理论和信息加工理论,识别出影响应急供应链韧性的15个关键因素,涉及供应链数字化、中断风险预警及信息共享准确性等方面。通过综合运用DEMATEL和ANP方法对这些因素进行分析,发现供应链数字化是提升韧性的核心要素,及时的风险预警和供应链伙伴间的紧密合作亦对增强韧性起到关键作用。因此,在未来的应急供应链管理中,应加强数字化技术在供应链中的应用,优化风险预警机制,促进供应链伙伴间的信息共享与合作,同时还应提升组织的持续学习能力,进而提高应急供应链的韧性,才能有效应对突发事件,保障人民群众的生命财产安全。This study addresses the current situation of frequent production accidents and natural disasters in China in recent years.Exploring the guarantee of emergency supplies and timely supply of rescue materials is crucial in the process of disaster emergency.At present,the academic research on the resilience of emergency supply chains mostly focuses on optimizing emergency supply chains based on the factors of resilience,and few studies on the factors that affect the resilience of emergency supply chains are found.Existing research is unable to uncover the key factors that affect the resilience of emergency supply chains and the interrelationships between these factors,making it difficult to determine effective optimization directions.By integrating dynamic capability theory and information processing theory,the study identifies 15 key factors affecting the resilience of emergency supply chains,which involve aspects such as supply chain digitization,disruption risk early warning,and the accuracy of information sharing.Through the comprehensive application of DEMATEL and ANP methods to analyze these factors,it is found that supply chain digitization is the core element in enhancing resilience.Meanwhile,timely risk warning and close cooperation among supply chain partners also play a crucial role in strengthening resilience.Therefore,in the future management of emergency supply chains,efforts should be made to enhance the application of digital technologies in supply chains,optimize risk early warning mechanisms,promote information sharing and cooperation among supply chain partners,and improve the organization's continuous learning capabilities.This will ultimately enhance the resilience of emergency supply chains,effectively respond to emergencies,and ensure the safety of people's lives and property.
