摘　　要：近年来,随着一系列国家金融供给侧结构性改革,越来越多的技术型企业以其先进的技术壁垒在市场生根发芽,然而却鲜有企业能实现长期高速发展。这其中最主要的制约条件乃是该类企业层出不穷的财务风险问题。而在互联网和信息技术快速发展下,又会为该类企业带来一些财务管理机遇和挑战。本文将通过对案例的分析以及对现实经验的深刻解读为该类企业提供参考性的优化路径。In recent years,with a series of national financial supply-side structural reforms,more and more technology-based enterprises have taken root and sprouted in the market with their advanced technical barriers,but few enterprises can achieve long-term rapid development.One of the most important constraints is the endless financial risks of such enterprises.Under the rapid development of the Internet and informa⁃tion technology,which financial management opportunities and challenges will be brought to such enter⁃prises?This paper will provide a reference optimization path for such enterprises through the analysis of cases and the deep interpretation of practical experience.
