摘 要:老庄“长生”观念是一种生死自然的生命意识,体现出重生、贵身的思想理念。在老子那里,“长生”是指生命的“久寿”,相应地“长生久视”的鹄的“事天”指向“治身”,表现为养生意义上的“保身”与“全生”。庄子将老子“长生”观念推进为“尽年”与“终其天年”,实际上也是指生命个体享尽自然之寿命;“形乃长生”旨在形神修养得其终年,与老子“长生久视”同义。老庄“长生”观念与人之生死相关,透过“死生命定”揭橥生死的必然与自然,这与神仙方术和道教追求的“长生不死”的非理性信仰有本质区别。The concept of long life in Laozi and Zhuangzi is a life consciousness of natural birth and death,reflecting the ideology of valuing life and cherishing the body.In Laozi’s opinion,long life is the meaning of living for a long time,and accordingly,the goal of living a long and healthy life is“serving heaven”by the means of cherishing body,which manifests as“safeguarding the body”and“saving the life”in the sense of healthcare.Zhuangzi developed Laozi’s long life concept to the end of one’s life and ending one’s natural life,which actually means that an individual should enjoy the natural lifespan.“Body is eternal life”aims at cultivating the body and spirit to live out one’s natural lifespan,which is synonymous with the concept of living a long and healthy life by Laozi.The concept of long life of Laozi and Zhuangzi is related to human life and death,and the inevitability and naturalness of life and death is revealed through the arrangement of death and life,it differs fundamentally from the irrational belief of eternal life pursued by Occult Arts and Taoism.
