全面依法治国视域下农村订单定向医学生契约精神培育研究

摘　　要：为促进城乡基层医疗卫生资源均衡化,国家先后出台政策鼓励地方精准化培养本土医疗卫生人才。培育定向生契约精神,是适应全面依法治国的时代需求,更是医学院校依法治校的现实需要,有利于提升医学生社会责任感。为了解定向生契约精神现状,笔者以某医学院校定向生为研究对象,通过问卷调查与深度访谈相结合的方式发现当前定向生契约精神的现实困境,探寻在新时代全面依法治国的背景下定向生契约精神的培育路径。In order to promote the equalization of urban and rural grassroots medical and healthcare resources,the state has issued policies to encourage local precision training of local medical and healthcare talents.Cultivating the contractual spirit of orientation students is not only of great significance to the development of the road of socialist rule of law with Chinese characteristics,but also can promote the rule of law in medical schools and improve the sense of social responsibility of medical students.In order to understand the current situation of the contractual spirit of orientation students,the author takes the orientation students of a medical school as the research object,finds the current reality dilemma of the contractual spirit of orientation students through the combination of questionnaire survey and in-depth interview,and explores the cultivation path of the contractual spirit of orientation students in the context of the comprehensive rule of law in the new era.
