摘  要:研究目的:为研究波磨在不同环境下的演化过程,采用自行设计的缩尺双盘试验装置,以便分析第三介质对波磨形成和发展的作用。通过建立缩尺双盘试验装置并校核其稳定性,分析接触界面干燥以及存在水、润滑油和摩擦调节剂(Friction Modifier,FM)介质工况下波磨的形成机制,并在波磨形成的基础上分析波磨在上述工况下的发展特性。研究结论:(1)在干燥工况下,轨轮表面接触区域出现了波磨,而在水、润滑油和FM介质工况下,轨轮表面接触区域未出现明显波磨,表明水、润滑油和FM能够有效抑制波磨的发生,这与其降低界面摩擦系数有关;(2)相较于干燥工况,水、润滑油和FM能够有效减少轨轮表面结构损伤;(3)试验过程中轨轮表面波磨的形成机理为横向蠕滑诱发的轮轨接触自激振动导致轨轮表面波磨的生成;(4)当接触界面存在水、润滑油和FM介质时,其能够显著减缓波磨的发展,并且随着车轮的往复运行,原有波磨趋于消失;(5)第三介质具有调控轮轨界面摩擦属性的功能,考虑地铁车辆起动/制动需求,选择摩擦系数适中的FM产品用于控制钢轨波磨是较为合适的;(6)本研究结论可为不同环境下波磨的演化过程研究提供参考。Research purposes:In order to study the evolution process of corrugation in different environments,using a self-designed scale-down twin-disc test device,the role of the third medium on the formation and development of corrugation is analyzed.By setting up a scale-down twin-disc test device and calibrating its stability,the formation mechanism of corrugation under conditions of dry and in presence of water,lubricating oil and FM(Friction Modifier)medium at the contact interface was investigated,and the development characteristics of corrugation under the above conditions were examined on the basis of the formation of corrugation.Research conclusions:(1)Under the dry condition,the corrugation appears on the surface contact area of the rail wheel,while under conditions of water,lubricating oil and FM medium,there is no obvious corrugation on the surface contact area of the rail wheel,indicating that the water,lubricating oil and FM can effectively inhibit the occurrence of corrugation,which is related to its reduction in the interface friction coefficient.(2)Compared with the dry condition,water,lubricating oil and FM are effective in minimizing structural damages on the surface of the rail wheel.(3)The formation mechanism of corrugation on the rail wheel surface during the test is that the self-excited vibration of wheelrail contact induced by the transverse creep leads to the formation of corrugation on the rail wheel surface.(4)When the contact interface exists water,lubricating oil and FM medium,they can significantly slow down the corrugation development,and with the reciprocating operation of the wheel,the original corrugation tends to disappear.(5)The third medium has the function of regulating the friction property of wheel-rail interface.Considering the starting/braking requirements of metro vehicles,it is more appropriate to choose FM products with moderate friction coefficients for controlling rail corrugation.(6)The research conclusions can provide references for the study of the corrugation evolution p
