摘 要:提出计及电源多尺度不确定性耦合的调峰资源分布式协调优化模型,提高风、光新能源消纳,使配电网具有最优经济效应。通过随机网络理论刻画配电网的电量平衡问题,根据盒式区间模型刻画源荷预测误差实现源—荷不确定性耦合对配电网运行的影响,构建目标函数,实现电源侧资源、需求响应资源的优化调度。实验结果表明:所提模型可实现各发电机组、价格型需求响应(PDR)及各类激励型需求响应(IDR)资源的优化调度,与未考虑需求响应及电源不确定的资源调度方案相比,所提模型可降低弃风、弃光成本,节约14%的成本。A distributed coordinated optimization modeling of peak shaving resources considering the multi-scale uncertainty coupling of power supply is proposed to improve the absorption of wind and light new energy and make the distribution network have the optimal economic effect.The power balance problem of distribution network is described by stochastic network theory,and the influence of source-load uncertainty coupling on the operation of distribution network is realized by describing the prediction error of source-load according to the box-type interval model.The objective function is constructed to realize the optimal scheduling of resources on the power side and demand-response resources.The experimental results show that the model can realize the optimal scheduling of power generation units,price-based demand response(PDR)and various types of incentive-based demand response(IDR)resources.Compared with the resource scheduling scheme without considering demand response and power uncertainty,the model can reduce the cost of wind and light abandonment and save costs by 14%.
