摘　　要：目的:观察不同麻醉方式下鼻内镜泪囊鼻腔吻合术治疗泪道阻塞的临床疗效。方法:选取2021年9月—2022年12月江西省丰城市人民医院收治的80例确诊且需行鼻内镜手术治疗的泪道阻塞患者作为研究对象,按麻醉方式不同分为全麻组与局麻组,每组各40例。比较两组患者手术出血量、麻醉满意度、术后溢泪情况、临床有效率、住院天数、术后并发症情况。结果:全麻组手术时间与术中出血量均优于局麻组,差异均有统计学意义(t=3.37、3.02,P<0.05);全麻组麻醉满意度优于局麻组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=11.84,P<0.05);全麻组并发症情况与局麻组比较,差异无统计学意义(χ^(2)=3.00,P>0.05)结论:鼻内镜泪囊鼻腔吻合术采用全麻或局麻手术治疗效果相当,但全麻手术时间、术中出血量及麻醉满意度均优于局麻。Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of nasal endoscopic lacrimal cyst-nasal anastomosis in the treatment of lacrimal obstruction under different anesthesia methods.Methods:A total of 80 patients with lacrimal obstruction who were diagnosed and required nasal endoscopic surgery were collected and divided into general anesthesia group and local anesthesia group,with 40 patients in each group.Surgical bleeding,anesthesia satisfaction,postoperative tear spillage,clinical effective rate,length of hospital stay and postoperative complications were analyzed and compared between the two groups.Results:The operation time and intraoperative blood loss in the general anesthesia group were better than those in the local anesthesia group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(t=3.37,3.02;P<0.05).The anesthesia satisfaction of general anesthesia group was better than that of local anesthesia group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=11.84,P<0.05).There was no significant difference in complications between the general anesthesia group and the local anesthesia group(χ^(2)=3.00,P>0.05).Conclusion:Nasal endoscopic lacrimal sac-nasal anastomosis has comparable treatment effects by general anesthesia or local anesthesia,but the operation time,intraoperative blood loss and anesthesia satisfaction of general anesthesia are better than those of local anesthesia.
