摘　　要：目的:通过全面了解天津医科大学总医院滨海医院开展国家公立医院绩效考核工作前后住院病案首页数据质量情况,分析绩效考核对住院病案首页数据质量的影响,以期提出有效的改进措施。方法:选取2020年1月—2021年12月天津医科大学总医院滨海医院的住院病案首页数据信息,将2020年和2021年数据分别设为对照组和观察组。从整体错误情况、错误类型及因素等角度分析绩效考核对住院病案首页数据质量的影响。结果:不同错误类型的组间数据比较,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=139.226、171.593、145.577、202.193,P<0.05);病案室、信息科、财务科及住院处因素的组间数据比较,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=206.115、237.572、215.279、210.104,P<0.05)。结论:公立医院绩效考核对住院病案首页数据质量有直接影响,积极开展绩效考核工作有助于提高病案首页数据质量。Objective:To comprehensively analyze the quality of inpatient medical record homepage data before and after the national public hospital performance evaluation in Binhai Hospital,Tianjin Medical University General Hospital,the impact of performance evaluation on the quality of inpatient medical record homepage data is analyzed,so as to propose effective improvement measures.Methods:Selecting the homepage data of inpatient medical records from Binhai Hospital,Tianjin Medical University General Hospital from January 2020 to December 2021.The data of 2020 and 2021 were divided into the control group and observation group.The impact of performance evaluation on data quality from the perspectives of overall error situation,error types,and factors were analyzed.Results:There was significant difference in different error types between the two groups(χ^(2)=139.226,171.593,145.577,202.193;P<0.05).There was significant difference in medical record room,information department,finance department,and inpatient department between the two groups(χ^(2)=206.115,237.572,215.279,210.104;P<0.05).Conclusion:The performance evaluation of public hospitals has direct impact on the quality of inpatient medical record homepage data.Actively carrying out performance evaluation work can help to ensure data quality and improve the quality of medical record homepage.
