基于全面人才培养的化学课程教学改革的创新研究

摘　　要：培养学生具有创新意识、应用能力和社会责任感的全面人才,是高校教学改革的重点与趋势,亦是信息化时代的需求。在无机与分析化学课程教学中,文章提出了由学导式预习、启发式练习、拓展性训练以及阶段检测构成的学考融合人才培养模式,详细阐述了学考内容的全面化,学考主体的多样化以及学考形式的灵活化,实现了知识、能力和素质三位一体化。研究表明,此举调动了学生的学习参与度,促进了学生的全面发展,提高了学生的综合素质,为教学改革提供了新思路与借鉴。Talent training is the focus and trend of teaching reform in colleges and universities.Comprehensive talent,with innovative consciousness,application ability and social responsibility,is the demand of the information age.During the inorganic and analytical chemistry course teaching,the talent training mode is proposed which include the learning guide preview,heuristic practice,development training and periodic test.This paper introduce the comprehensive content of learning examination,the diversification of learning examination subject and the flexibility of learning examination form detailed.The results show that it can realize the integration of knowledge,ability and quality,mobilize the students'learning participation,promote the comprehensive development,improve the comprehensive quality and provide ideas and reference for teaching reform.
