摘 要:二级学科“外语教育学”的设立是我国外语学科发展史上的重要事件。设立外语教育学不仅有助于广大外语教师和外语教育研究人员形成合力,共同推进学科发展,也为与外语教育相关的诸多理论和实践问题提供了新的研究视野和解释框架。人才培养方案是通过设定培养目标、课程体系、培养环节、毕业授位等,规范和指导人才培养主体的人才培养行为的教育文本。人才培养方案既是教育教学中人才培养的设计图,也是路线图。高等师范院校在基础教育和高等教育人才培养中发挥着中枢作用和桥接作用,其外语教育人才培养方案是外语教育学关注和研究的重要文本,构成了外语教育学的核心要义之一。本文依据《普通高等学校师范类专业认证实施办法(暂行)》的规定和要求,从培养目标、毕业要求、课程与教学、学制与学分等方面,描述师范类高校人才培养方案的要素内涵;同时,为避免人才培养中“千地一策、千校一面、千靶一方、千生一案”的“四千”现象,提出高等师范院校在制定人才培养方案时应遵循因时而进的时代性原则、因靶而异的目标性原则、因材施教的生本性原则、因地制宜的地方性原则、因校施策的校本性原则和因阶而进的衔接性原则。The establishment of Foreign Language Education Studies as a discipline is of vital significance for the development of foreign language discipline.It not only fosters the unification of all foreign language teachers and researchers to promote the research in this area,but also provides a new vision and perspective for related research inquiring into theoretical and practical issues.The undergraduate training program in normal universities aims to standardize and guide educational practices by setting clear training objectives,curriculum system,educational processes,and graduation criteria.It serves as both a blueprint and a roadmap for undergraduate training.Normal universities play a bridging role between basic and higher education,and their undergraduate training programs for foreign language education are significant documents in Foreign Language Education Studies.Based upon Accreditation Regulations on Teacher Education Majors in Universities and Colleges,this study outlines the components of undergraduate training program for normal universities.Additionally,to avoid a monolithic approach to undergraduate training programs that result in uniform policies across various regions,indistinguishable practices among schools,one-size-fits-all methods for different targets,and a generic plan for all students,six guiding principles for developing undergraduate training programs are proposed:adapting to the times,tailoring to specific goals,focusing on individual student needs,aligning with local conditions,implementing institution-specific strategies,and ensuring seamless transitions between different educational stages.
